License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, documents, and images, provided by pptonslides (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing and downloading any product from our platform at https://pptonslides.com, you (“user,” “customer”) agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the purchased content strictly for personal, educational, or internal business use. This license allows you to use our products in ways that do not compete with or undermine our services. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you, and all rights not expressly granted remain with pptonslides.

You are permitted to use the content for your personal projects, academic presentations, client proposals, internal meetings, or business-related non-commercial purposes. You may showcase the content publicly — such as in YouTube videos, educational blogs, webinars, or business reports — as long as the original content is not shared in editable format, and the usage does not mislead viewers into thinking the content is your original creation. While the watermark or logo may remain visible, if it is removed or altered for formatting reasons, we kindly request that appropriate attribution be provided to pptonslides, such as a mention or link to our website. Redistribution of the original files, resale in any form, or uploading the products to public download platforms is strictly prohibited without our prior written permission.

This license terminates automatically if any term of this Agreement is violated. Upon termination, you are required to delete all copies of the licensed materials in your possession or control, and access to further downloads will be revoked.

Any misuse of our licensed products — including unauthorized distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation — may result in legal action. This includes, but is not limited to, claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal expenses incurred in enforcing our rights.
